    those exercices doensnt get ur fat off… you will get the six abs but the will be there anyway.. and u will not see the abs cuz the fat is there… u need to search for exercices to get that fat off =P

    i’m right, that all muschles have rest ~48hours so it’s okey if i do this at tuesday, thursday and saturday 3 times in a day and other days i go to gym doing Arnold’s G6 but dropping last practice away what’s ab train 3x how much you can do..
