Every “fit” enthusiast should eat and be nourished, or else the program would be a total failure. There are protein requirement for everyone because it is the body’s building blocks. Saturated fats, calories and other minerals in the body are supposed to be minimal but should not be absent on the menu because there are systems of our body that need these. Staying out of junk food and sugar is also in any dieting schedule.
